Interview Knight Area

Knight Area was one of the big surpises in 2004. Their debut album was recieved very well, not only in Europe but also in the USA. In our SymfoCity TOP15 poll they reached position 5.
March 14th we welcomed Pieter van Hoorn (drums) in our studio. He told us about how the band started and the successful release of their first CD. The demo recordings were sent to 12 record companies of which 10 responded positively! They made the choice to go for The Laser's Edge, mainly because of the good network they have and their penetration in the USA.
Knight Area is already working on their second album. Pieter brought the live recordings of the gig in Amstelveen where they played a new song called "Exit L.U.M.C.". This song is also available on the Internet, follow this link .

Recently the band got a special recognition: they were invited to play on the Nearfest 2005 in the USA!
